Don't hold grudges.
So for those of you who know me very well, you probably saw this and chuckled to yourself bout how ironic it is that someone like me would say something like this, but hear me out.
When we get worked up/annoyed with someone, we tend to hide away and hold a grudge until they apologise, and I feel as though his is something I need to work on next year. I have noticed that when we hold grudges, nothing is achieved and only holds on to the anger and upset for even longer.
But how do we stop these grudges? Talk about any problems you have, don't be stubborn. Apologise first and just get it over and done with - Stop waisting precious time on petty arguments that really don't mean a lot.
You have limited time on this earth, so make the most of it.
Love,
Mais x
