The best things in life are free.

This classic phrase is always heard but it is so true. This Christmas, I want you all to remember that although the gifts you have received are lovely, they aren't the best gifts out there.

A hug, music, love...

They are all things that we can provide and receive and sometimes are the best gifts we can receive.
